Make An Offer - Letter of Intent
Once investment offering has been carefully reviewed and accepted. Please submit the on-line Letter of Intent or download the PDF version and fax it to us. The LOI contains a few fields that you can modify (price, timing and earnest monies).
Once you complete the online LOI, click submit at the bottom of the form, and it is automatically transmitted electronically via email to one of our Investment Advisors. Once we receive the LOI your will be contacted by one of our Advisors within one (1) business day.
Offers should be submitted utilizing the Letter of Intent form located on each individual property "Make an Offer" tab or by clicking on the links below. This form outlines the basic business terms of the offer including; commission, price, earnest money deposit, inspection period, financing timeframes and closing costs and is submitted directly to the Investment Advisor handling the asset.
Make an Offer -- Purchase and Sales Agreement
Our Standard Purchase and Sales Agreement form has been modified to represent a fair agreement for the Buyer and the Seller, and to eliminate over negotiation between the parties. The Contract is intended to be completed by the purchaser(s) using the fully executed letter of intent as a basis for price, terms, and specific purchaser(s) information.

Confidentiality Agreement

Due Diligence Information
Most information is readily available in our marketing package and on our website thought a Confidentiality Agreement Registration. However, some information (due to their confidential or proprietary nature) is not available. A comprehensive due diligence package (which may include: the lease, survey, Phase 1, title work, appraisal) will be provided once the Contract for Sale and Purchase has been executed.
Most tenant financial data can be provided, prior to execution of a contract, with a signed Confidentiality Agreement. Please download the Confidentiality Agreement below or submit it to us via fax at (480) 993-3452 by printing the PDF below.
