Does CIA cooperate with outside Brokers?
Yes. Our policy is to fully cooperate with real estate brokers or agents representing or referring investors. We value these sources and strive to assure everyone is treated fairly and respectfully. Cooperating with the real estate brokerage community is essential to our success.

How does CIA share its fees with cooperating Brokers?
Our co-Broke fee schedule for properties offered by CIA varies on each investment. Any additional commissions arranged between the Investor and their Broker, are not subject to fee-splits with CIA. Please request the individual fee from the listing agent.

What states have no state income tax on a properties' income?
The following states have no state income taxes as of May 2004.
Alaska
Florida
Nevada
New Hampshire*
South Dakota
Tennessee*
Texas
Washington
Wyoming
Some investors see value in purchasing properties in these states to reduce their state income taxes paid
* New Hampshire and Tennessee tax dividend income at varying rates.
