Ann Arbor-based Captec Financial Group Inc. acquired 24 Burger King restaurants in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs from BNB Land Venture Inc. The deal is a sale-leaseback arrangement where Captec owns the properties and leases them to BNB, Ken Milne, senior vice president.
