About Me

Jessica Zahn Gibson has been in commercial real estate brokerage for almost 25 years with a strong background in both leasing and investment sales. She specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant retail assets throughout the United States. Jessica got her start in commercial real estate in Phoenix, Arizona while attending Arizona State University. While working towards her degree she was working at Diversified Partners in Scottsdale, Arizona and started her career leasing retail shopping centers and selling assets for the Partners. In 2000, Jessica accepted a position with the Retail Investment division of Marcus & Millichap and spent 4 years working as an Associate Broker selling single tenant and multi-tenant investment properties.

In 2004, Jessica founded Commercial Investment Advisors. As the Owner and Designated Broker of Commercial Investment Advisors, Jessica leads an advanced team of hand-picked agents and continues to make strides as a driving force in investment real estate sales across the nation.
